- Discover the power of words and actions to uplift others, showing respect and compassion in daily interactions.

- Realize they are not alone. Learn why bottling up anger and frustration leads to harmful behaviors, and how talking with trusted adults can help.

- Stand beside peers who are struggling. Sometimes listening and showing support makes all the difference.

Through Joe’s personal story, students learn their value, choose kindness, express emotions in healthy ways, and build genuine friendships.

FOUNDER

JOE OLINGER

Joe Olinger is more than just a public speaker; he's a powerhouse of inspiration, fueled by a background in powerlifting and martial arts. A second-degree black belt and a 2025 ISKA World Breaking Championship Competitor, Joe has worked with at-risk youth for over 25 years and has a total of two decades of experience in shaping young minds. He has devoted his life to fostering integrity and character development in today's youth. Drawing from his own struggles with bullying during his formative years, he connects with his audience on a deeply personal level. Joe's authenticity and vulnerability resonate with young hearts, inspiring them to build their lives on strong core values.

BRAD STUART

Nashville songwriter and recording artist, Brad Stuart, has dedicated himself over the last 18 years to empowering students across America. Through the use of music and creative object lessons, he brings his message to life in a way that is engaging and relatable to young people. Drawing from his own journey through addiction in his younger years, Brad has made his mission to guide young hearts towards recognizing their inherent value and potential.
